Rasheed Wallace is in talks with the Detroit Pistons to join Maurice Cheeks coaching staff, the Daily News has learned.
WHAT
If I weren't a Pistons fan, I'd watch the Pistons next year just for the dysfunction.

You're gonna have a Celtics team with Jeff Green as its no.1 option. Avery Bradley Courtney Lee G Wallace Jeff Green Brandon Bass? Fab Melo? Olynyk? Holy crap. Does that team even average 80 points a game?

They'll suck something fierce, get a good lottery pick to pair with Rondo. Not terribly complicated ...or am I greatly overlooking something?

I guess they didn't have much choice though. They were going to be stuck in mediocrity behind Miami, Chicago and Indiana with their current roster unless they pulled a move like this. They've basically given up their future just like Miami did, but instead did it for a team that's still inferior to Miami that only has probably a 2-year window. The East will have a legit top 4 next season, but I'd still put my bets on a healthy Miami to be slightly ahead of the other 3.

I still think no one's gonna outtank the bobcats.

It shouldn't be that bad. :/ But I'm losing faith in Knight as a PG, and I think we're more than good at PF for the future.

But still, star power but like no bench to speak of at all. I still think no one's gonna outtank the bobcats. They'll tank... and then like all these recent years, end up with the 4th pick. haha

You just can't let them play all at once, that would be suicide. I'd rather have that bench than this year's Lakers bench. I think Brooklyn next year has a much higher floor than LA did this year. I don't think they're going to be as good as the Heat, Bulls or Pacers though. Continuity matters so much in the NBA

Sad they passed on Burke, considering he lived in Michigan these past years.
