But this is LBJ's team. He's putting up 20/12/6.5 on 46.5% shooting whilst playing (also, mostly) great D. There's no more versatile of better player in these Finals. I hate doing this because I sound like a LeBron nut-hugger now and it makes me feel dirty. Wade's been doing his job the last two games when he wasn't earlier and the Heat are better for it. But MVP? You need to take of the Rose coloured Wade glasses ![]()

It's been lebron's team through and through here in the finals.

Ofc you have to finish off the series but I'd say wade deserves it more than Lebron. Yeah, just in the finals Wade's been the safety net. Even G2, it was Chalmers putting away the game. Lebron went off once it was getting out of hand.

Although so far it has really been a team effort.I wouldn't be surprised if they give it to Duncan as sort of a life time award. btw a friend and I have been talking about random basketball stuff and at a point he said:"Imagine if Pop had a twitter and was force by the Nba to use it at least 3 times a day" thought the notion was pretty funny

Also, how the fuck did Green get all that space time after time for 3s. Whoever was marking him really does need to be putting his hands up for that loss. Getting back to 10point gap i see it finished. Still imo, that 3rd quarter alone should of been about 10-15point lead for the Heat. Need to look at themselves in the mirror for the 6th game! Not taking anything away from Spurs here, but they did get alot of turnovers in the 3rd that went unpunished.

Ginobili and Parker going deep for the 2 pointers made the Heat's defense more shakky. Either you choose to stop the 3-pointers and let one of those two getting an easy shot, or you hope 3p rain will stop one day or the other. With a long and a short range insane accuracy, they had to score for each shot they took but so many turn overs killed the game.

I guess the turnover on either side make marking harder, but still, the amount of free 3 shots he had was quite outstanding xD Also im not the biggest NBA fan, i don't watch enough to know it indepth tactically. Defense in the NBA is actually a great deal more complicated than just following a guy around the court. Basketball offenses are based on screens which force decisions out of defenders. When 2 defenders aren't on the completely same wavelength, it results in a hole in the defense. Most great NBA shooters can pull the trigger so quickly that they only need a split second of daylight to get a shot off. Also, driving to the hoop usually forces the defense to help and then rotate, a few crisp passes can get a player open for a shot.
