In USAPL (which is under IPF) You're not allowed to adjust your position after un-racking, and it looks like he's outside the rings, so yea this would get red-lighted. Also, needs pause at top and bottom and all that. Not that it matters, since this is just training, of course. Nice lifts man. | ||

OHP: 45x10, 95x5, 135x5, 155x2, 165x2 Squats: 45x10, 45x10, 135x5, 185x4, 225x3, 275x2, 295x3 (rep PR) DL: (2-in deficit) 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 315x5, (no deficit) 225x10 Snatch progressions with bar Snatch complex (hang power snatch, BTN press, OHSx3): 40kg x 5 Moved my DL stance in (stood on a 25lb plate) to experiment. I may be stronger off the floor and have more leg drive with a really close stance. Made up the snatch complex to work on positions I felt weak in. I can get the bar in the air but it all falls apart after that, so I figured I'd work on positions where I felt I was losing control. Someone please tell me if I'm doing something stupid. ![]() | ||

![]() Maxes for this week in lbs: DL - 365 (jumped too high on this. Easily good for 375) Chins - BW + 80 Bench - 260 (so close to 272 which would've been a PR) Squat: 285 (technique sucks now) Press: 150 Going to switch to RPT to save time and increase motivation. | ||
