Anyway, it seems that only the lift I do first seems to progress as I go to the gym. If I do squats and then bench afterwards my body is just too tired to increase the weight for the Bench. Should I rest longer? I did OHP 30 kg's today hurray But because my arms were tired my pull ups stalled for the 3rd time :/ After the pull ups there was so much blood flowing through my arms, it felt really crazy. Is this what they call a "pump"?

Haha yes that that is a pump. When there's tons of blood and your muscles are feeling bigger and skin tighter. Feels good brah.

Obviously you'll be able to go harder on your first lift. You can play around with the order (bench then squat?) and see if that helps. Personally i usually go harder the longer I go but that is usually for low rep oly lifts so i dont know how applicable it is to things like SS.

Yeah, I just realized my chin-up/pull-up and other bodyweight exercises are going to suffer lol.

Yeah I figured I should try and move the order around a bit. I didn't really like the feeling of the pump tho. It freaked me out a little bit.

Another fun thing: I am wearing other clothes than I used too. I used to wear these tight t-shirts but they just don't fit that well anymore haha. I really wonder how much I've gained, I haven't weighed myself in 2 months or so.

start dangling a weight off yourself, go 5kg then 10kg then 20kg then 30kg and still try for the 6-10 rep range. Either buy a proper belt for it (with a chain) or just use a strong piece of cord and tie it round your waist + the weight.

I found that I had diminishing returns on bodyweight chins. Started taking me months to add reps. I'd start weighting sooner. For me, personally, my chins started improving much faster on higher weight/intensity than they did on higher volume.
