Hopefully it can become the whole "I lift weights" thread that this one kinda is right now, and then this thread can evolve into a more varied/open discussion topic? I wonder what we're going to do with the stickies, though?

Don't mind watching a bunch of lifting logs tbh, easier to keep track of everyone :p Plus there are no other activities other than lifting weights.

DL: 235kgx1, 205kgx3x5 PU BW x10 x8 x6, BB Finger Rolls. This is EXACTLY what I pulled the week before pulling 255kg, so plan is to surpass this for the next 2 weeks before the meet and pull more then 255 there.

I wonder what the exposure/lurker rate is going to be in this setup vs the old one. Always seemed like there were plenty of people who were reading stuff, but never posting. Especially obvious when a new thread would pop up like that "not sure what routine to follow" thread that had three pages of posts by names I'd never seen before. Oh well, nothing to be done about it.

That's what I get for using an eSports forum when I don't follow a single eSport anymore I guess.

I was a fan of the previous layout change from the moment it happened, but I'm really not liking this one. There's no convenient way to hide certain forums, and there's no way to hide the LoL forums at all. Plus I have to scroll all the way down the page to see the stuff I actually care bout, which is general + sports&games lol. You can click the subscribe button to the left of the page index at the bottom and then go to http://www.teamliquid.net/mytlnet/mythreads.php to automatically jump to any new posts in the thread. They also just added a feature to see any posts you were quoted in on that same page under 'my quotes.' I think the default is to subscribe to any thread you post in but you can change it to only specific ones. It took me like 2 years to find this feature and it's totally changed my TL expirience.
