Yeah I think it was this ty bro. I'm also thinking of getting a foam roller, does anyone have any recommendations? I've done some research and the consensus seems to be a blue one if you haven't foam rolled before but I have no idea what brands are good.

I am currently coaching 3 people I met on League of Legends and about 5 guys at my uni. Anywhere from 5 to 50 or so depending on the week. Only two of them pay me :-(

About 4 PM my stomach started rumbling, so I had 4 breaded chicken tenderloins we have in the restaurant for when people bring in kids with some hot sauce(wasn't gonna use any good product to feed myself, and didn't have the time to make anything else, anyway). I ate about 3 of them and got caught up doing more work and forgot about the last one. About an hour later, I felt like I had a baby in my stomach and it was just punching my stomach from the inside. It felt so horrible. After awhile, I got some sharp pains in my upper stomach, and then it went away. No vomiting/diahreah. I have no idea if it was the chicken or the bread. I have been gluten free for about 3 weeks now, and this was the first time I have eaten a wheat based product; is it possible my stomach was upset from that? Someone else in the kitchen had one and didn't complain about any stomach pain, so I don't THINK it was the chicken. It's really weird because I almost never have digestive problems. I have gotten the stomach flu maybe 2 times in my life, and thrown up maybe 5 times total that I can recall (besides when I was an infant, obviously).

@celltech I've been directly responsible for maybe fifteen guys over the last few years, as in did their programming, scheduled their lifting, taught them the basics, etc at my old university. Now at my new school when I'm at the gym I'll be surrounded by baseball and basketball players who haven't got a clue how to actually lift, so I'll guide them along now and then. I try to keep to myself though, because I don't think their coach (who does their programming) likes me much.

I don't think you need to work your way up the foam roller, just grit your teeth a little harder the first few sessions and save the 30$. Brand doesn't really matter I think, you could just go by Amazon customer reviews though.

Front press is just a weird name that I've never encountered before and I would expect it to mean an OHP, with the bar in front of the neck (as opposed to pressing it from behind your neck/head, which most people should avoid.)
