Word vomited for seven minutes. Received an A. I guess no matter how ill prepared you are, five years of research on a topic makes you pretty knowledgable about it. Oh well, off to the gym! | ||

I've worked for several years in restaurants and bars (I have a desk job now). It's especially hard because working in that environment gets you all wired, and when you get home, a lot of the time it's hard to wind down for like an hour or so. It's just one of those things. Really all you can do right now is accept the current situation and work with what you got. You'll have to train yourself physically and mentally to have better sleeping habits, just like training to run for miles or lift heavy weights. It takes time but it can be done. | ||

Squat: 162kgx5x7 (PR) Light BP 100x3x3 Like last 2-3 sets of squats were top3 in the most effort I've ever put on the gym. Also let go a full blown out yell for last rep (like dbz lol), was both awesome and embarrasing (came from the heart) | ||
