It looks like they're deflated from jabbing too many needles in there... I try to stay active, since I can still use machines like the leg press, hammy curls, glute salutes... but its not the same as putting that barbell on your back and going down... and then back up. Brothers and sisters when Brodin shaped the Earth do you think he did it with a leg press machine? Hell no! It wouldn't make any sense. The mountain and valleys on the world we live in were created where Brodin walked with the holy barbell on his traps and some heavy ass weight, pushing his feet into the ground, molding our planet into what it is today. Volcanoes, mountains, random ass sink holes- deep sea trenches were made when Brodin attempted his 1 rep maxes. I'm so sad that I can't go back to my routine. I remember getting drunk last night with my friends and doing a ATG bodyweight squat while whey tears welled up in my eyes, it was sad and stupid. All that progress now at a halt fml.

You should be rehabbing if you know what your injury is.... If you don't you should be getting it checked. If you don't know how to rehab it then attempt to see a PT. I don't remember if I've talked to you in the injuries thread so I might have though. Complete rest = never the answer to injuries

Glute mass is more thick then it is spread out like quad mass. As you can see it bulges out considerably more than the quads Why am I talk about professional BB glute mass wtf?

And I'm a short guy (5'6" or so). Without shoes on I can basically lock out, but I think now I won't have enough height to press. If you're talking about the shelf, we're taking that down and I could bring the bar over a little bit and then press. I wish my ceilings were a bit higher, they're only 7', but honestly I can probably find a workaround.

Not sure what the point of it is though. maybe take the opportunity to start running every day instead

Oh well, it's really not that terrible. I'm happy as is to be able to squat and bench, and there's other stuff I can do for my shoulders (that dumbbell rack/dip station will come in handy, and I have a pull up bar that's outside the shot but I could use that too).
