my stats as of now are bench 65kg 5rm high bar squat 90k 5rm deadlift 105kg 3rm OHP 40kg 5rm Been stalling on OHP for quite some time now, but oh well, starting a new routine and now it doesn't interfere with my benching anymore as it used to be on the same day~ We're all gonna make it brahs + Show Spoiler + ![]() | ||

Squat 1x3 60, 90, 115, 135, 1x2 155, 3-3-2 170kg, 1x1 180kg BP 1x3 50, 65, 75, 1x2 85, 3-3-2-2-2 100kg Chin ups 3x3 +32.5kg Dumbbell BP 3-1-4-3 38kg - The 1 rep was a set where some guy started spotting me by touching my elbows and holding them when he thought I was going too deep. | ||

Lol, there's nothing worse than incapable spotters. It doesn't matter if you tell em when you actually need help and how many reps you gonna do, they'll still curl the bar if they see you struggling just a tiny bit, guess they're so used to curling and they don't want you have gains. | ||

I'm front squatting and cleaning (knew the vids already, thank you) as of now, don't dare to snatch without an oly coach though. I think my routine's good, started a new one. Excited to see what kinds of gains I'll make, hopefully all kinds of gains. I'll try to join a weightlifting club once I'm done with civil service, for now I'm just aiming for a nice strength base. | ||

PM: Squat 150kgx3x10, OHP 65kgx3x2, 60x3x8 God I had forgoten how terrible the 10 sets are, I was sweating like a pig and drank like a liter of water. Good times ![]() Down to +-79 kg already. next week I'm going 100% with twice a day training, given exams are over. | ||
