I'll get back into oly lifting as soon as my wrist and back are fixed both annoying injuries that aggravate easily. Gonna see a professional once I settle down a bit. | ||

Also got 100th percentile nationally on my Chemistry exam today so I'm feeling damn good :D 1 final left and I can go hoooooome ![]() | ||

Squat 1x3 60, 95, 115, 1x2 135, 1x1 155, 175, 1x1F 192.5kg - Awful. I knew the 192.5kg wouldn't go up because the 175kg felt heavy as shit, but I decided to try anyway. BP 1x3 50, 65, 80, 1x2 90, 1-1-2 100kg, 1x4 90kg, 1x8 80kg - didn't have a spotter for the first 2 heavy sets and the bar felt heavy and "unstable". Chin ups 3x3 +35kg L-Pull ups 2x5 Dips 1x1F 29kg, 2-3-3 +24kg, 1x8 +5kg - My arms just went "NOPE!" on the 29kg and I could barely get back up with the 24kg as well. My traps felt sore as fuck the whole workout, which means the power-shrugs are working I guess. Next week will be a deload week for all the lifts (except maybe the press and shrugs). I'll possibly continue with the deload afterwards, depending on how I feel. | ||

If you haven't made the lift in your head beforehand you sure as hell aren't when you get under the bar. Being scared of it is a whole other matter though, I embrace it and feel the adrenaline start to flow. | ||

I've gained a few kilos when I took a vacation to china to see my family, but other than that, 'bulking' in Japan generally means eat as much as possible so that I don't drop beneath 75kg. | ||
