And if you're doing forced reps you're obviously ok with their hands being on the bar to force said reps and this is a complete non issue.

I find it ridiculous because when i need to pee, i need to pee. I don't see any reason not to pee if i can pee when i need to.

Half way through I notice a guy exercising next to me who first did squats, then did press, and finally did deadlifts. Having never seen anyone at gym do that exact routine, I asked him if he was doing SS. He tells me he had started with SL 6 weeks ago, which was pretty cool. I ended up chatting with him for about 10 minutes. Just before he leaves, he asks my name (cause I'm terrible at introducing myself), and I say 'Stefan' to which he replies 'Stefan Els?' (which is my name and surname). Turns out we competed at chess nationals for different provinces when I was 11 or 12 years old. Bizarre and awesome :D OK that is pretty sick. It's a small world after all I guess.

I'd consider that a rest day. I do go balls-out as much as I can, think I had one deload in my training career so far. How's your progress going?

And of course I did not expect it to happen today and did not have my camera with me. I was really confused when all of a sudden I could see atop the bar. I will take my camera with me next time and then post a video. I know for nearly all of you a chin-up is the most normal thing in the world, but for me it is the essential feeling to have control over my body, which I have basically never had in my live. Such a good day. edit: Video added (chin-ups on the next day)

Such a good day. Congrats. Tape yourself, its awesome to rewatch urself do it many times afterwards for a few days (Yes, I am that creepy on myself) I'm gonna start going out again cause I can't be a monk, but I'll start cutting drinking drastically (remembering the night would be a good benchmark). Also was wondering how much does getting high affects recovery, compared to drinking which is obv terrible. Was also considering to turn the first girl I hook up with into my girlfriend lol.

I think I'll do both without weight, when I did both today, even with only 90 pounds apiece they felt really bad. Both my arms are terribly dead too :| Lesson kids: don't deviate from schedule :
