Wonder what routines they do, Starting whales, Ocean volume training, Madwhale 5x5 it's a magnesium chalkball which leaves now traces on the barbell, cannot even remember where I read about it, I think it was mentioned somewhere on the strong lifts side where it was listed as an alternative for people whose gyms don't allow regular chalk. this is the german amazon link, dunno if it helps you but you get the idea I guess http://www.amazon.de/Metolius-Eco-Ball-Magnesium-Chalkball/dp/B000212TGA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1326752920&sr=8-1

Snatched up to 100 but my pelvis is pretty bruised from hitting the bar weird. Went on to CJ and hit 120x5 and then 130. Keeping the bar much closer to me and it feels much better in the rack. At this point i'm fucking beat and tired but i know i need to do my squats so i do at least 5 doubles at 130, a double at 140, a single at 150, 155, and then 160 for a new PR. It wasn't pretty but i got it. Squatting ~4x a week must be paying off. On January 17 2012 07:46 Velocirapture wrote: Its been a while since I have literally LOLed at a youtube video. Bought 3,1kg of meat today gonna be a challenge to eat it all before expiration date. Though I play with the idea to order a gigantic meal from a fastfood place some time this week and throw down 2-2,5k unhealthy calories in one sitting. Haven't done this in over half a year. I would have to fast the rest of the day though to earn it. Did this today, and the result was pretty meh. The giant pizza was too gigantic, I had forgotten that for me after half a pizza, it does not taste good anymore, lots of wasted calories. The garlic-bread was much better in my memory. The french fries were ok but the best thing was sadly the coke -.- It's not as easy to get good fast-food as one would think. Did a HIIT sprinting session plus a 40min slow run later that day to equal out the extra calories (though I did just eat 600kcal besides that meal). At least my wrist feels better now, I believe in two days I can probably use it again for something useful.

You romanticize it afterwards, imagining that it was actually alot better than it really was, and once you've screwed up a couple times it starts to taste good again.

Mainly, I have just to get better fast-food ![]() Works well for my gym journal. I just make notes whenever I do something that felt awesome or something that totally wrecked me (i.e. Dips as the first exercise kills my forearms, Chin-Ups as the first exercise never pay off). So I need an eating journal ![]()

1. In the fasting period Im not allowed to consume any cals but the few execptions listed on the site( e.g.los sugar gum or coffee ( dont drink it anyway)). Does that also drinking milk in the morning then? I've raised to drink my glass of milk in the morning all my life but I kinda like the Martin's attitude ( You don't know shit and Im here to tell you :D) Does it make any difference to drink my milk late afternoon or in the evening? 2. Is leangains a program people continue even after they accomplished their desired goal (let's say visible sixpack or 8% bodyfat) or is it only to cut? Would be nice if anyone can link me a source about what bulking and cutting actually means anyway. I ( 170cm 82kg) started Stronglifts in october and have improved my lifts since then. ( squat 50kg-> 115kg, DL 50kg-> 120kg, BP:40->75kg) but while I saw a bit of body fat vanishing but my strength/msucles obviously improved, but my weight stayed the same. There's still a lot of bodyfat though my goal ultimately is 70 kg and visible abs. Does it mean I'm now now basically in the cutting process after building my strength? Thanks for answering my noob question Im still kinda new to this whole lifting business)
