You should do some raw competitions if you don't like the suits and whatnot.... or you can still lift raw without the suits can't you? | ||

Ya, its supposed to be IPF rules but most people I've seen lift raw, hopefully it keeps that way. That said, sport has a few years only here and prizes are basically worthless, but now it has a new organization (same government entity that organizes oly lifting events up to olympic qualifers) and if there was anything relatively important in sight (say a trip to compete outside or better) I would get a squat/bench shirt, even if I had no idea how to use them, because I'm sure more people would. | ||

do us proud brother!! With chinups doesnt SS say 6-8 reps x 3 Once you get that then go up in weight. Just off the top of my head. | ||

Year and a half? and I've never moved out form the 3x5 Starting Strength mentality. Everything is 3x5 and every week I increase. Fuck yeah Linear progression. | ||
