Tomorrow is my last day before powerlifting competition. That means squatting in full gear (knee wraps+belt); Tbh I hate putting them on, I don't get how can people bear fitting themselves into a suit for competition (yet alone for training). It seems this time there is gonna be a stream, I'll make sure to post it plus the weight class I get into so you can cheer for me.

You should do some raw competitions if you don't like the suits and whatnot.... or you can still lift raw without the suits can't you?

Ya, its supposed to be IPF rules but most people I've seen lift raw, hopefully it keeps that way. That said, sport has a few years only here and prizes are basically worthless, but now it has a new organization (same government entity that organizes oly lifting events up to olympic qualifers) and if there was anything relatively important in sight (say a trip to compete outside or better) I would get a squat/bench shirt, even if I had no idea how to use them, because I'm sure more people would.

Once you get that then go up in weight. Just off the top of my head.

I disagree, I think people go on and off on training because they don't cycle. Funkie is quite awesome still though.
