It's a good year for me already, I need to "re set" my year goal and aim a bit higher. Might do a reset soon. @Risen sucks to hear that man, people sometimes are really morons. I always ask for a spotter, specially on heavy squats, even thought I rarely need help, it always helps a lot to have someone there just in case. Anyhow, fuck taht retard.

+ Show Spoiler + ![]() I have never seen so many words that don't seem like they should be words on a small little packet of powder, to make things worse, on the back of this package were multiple labels saying things along the lines of "extremely potent, do not exceed recommended dosage" ![]() Nothing special about this... looks like ordinary protein powder ![]() 1010 calories per 64g of powder? Can anyone confirm whether this is legit or if I'm just getting trolled?

the other stuff is just mass gainer. the calories you get are legit but it's super processed. real food is much better if you actually want to be healthy lol

I live on the border (between Ontario and Montreal) so I get commercials for it on all the Canadian TV/Radio stations, but I've never heard it on US stuff. Went to a wedding today for my highschool basketball coach; tons of fun, started drinking at 6, ended at 3. Was complimentary Beer, but I don't drink beer so it came out to be a rather expensive day =(.

Old maxes ---> new maxes Squat: 2 x 205 ---> 3 x 5 x 190 easy Bench 2 x 145 ---> 5/5/4 130 Deadlift 2 x 265 ---> 5 x 255 Really pleased with the results so far. Currently stalled on the bench though since my left elbow felt like it was going to pop out of place during the last rep so I opted not to grind it. Any advice on how to work on weak / shaky elbows during the bench? Much appreciated, thanks!

If you read carefully it says that a full serving is 255gr and that thing has only 1/4 of that. 167gr carbs and 57gr protein in a scoop of 64gr would require some magic :p.

Felt good. Started on GVT today. 100 reps of 60kg, 1 minute breaks between sets of 10reps. Was killing me after 3 sets, was basically dead after 7, then the three last sets suddenly became easy. And then when I went on to do pullups I realized I had probably died somewhere in the middle there because I was completely burned, so I went and showered. Will be interesting to see how this works out.

On Friday I did 5x5 chin ups at bodyweight and was fairly easy. I'm going to do them every tuesday and friday. Should I go for 3x5 weighted? 5x5? 3x8? Any advice appreciated. I think I need to add some weight to them. Do I do it SS style where I add weight each time until I stall 3 times then deload 10%?
