LOL, that is hillarious. If anyone could be assed to steal the heaviest dumbbells I'm not sure if anyone would do anything about it...make a new pair or something. They are too heavy to be bothered with. Have a pair of 75kgs (165lb) and some singles up to a max of 110kg (242lb) with a thick handle for strongman training...

Biggest Challenge - Eating enough I lost like 2kg over Christmas even with the christmas meals lol :'( Ill munch on the cheap 500kcal chocolate bars, should help a bit, plus 1L milk a day (cant have more), plus get a protein shake again. sigh, byebye money savings .......

Pretty sore today, but not as sore as I thought I was going to be. I guess that's a plus. I just spent the past half hour self massaging my legs and in between my scaps with a tennis ball. THAT hurt but it's well worth it. My neck is tighter than normal though I don't know if that's just from sleeping in a strange position.
Anyway, I might get some ice time tonight and then I gotta sleeeep to wake up early tomorrow for gym.

Yeah I'm also really sore again this week after a month of not really lifting heavy, but it feels good :D. My shoulder injury is pretty much gone but I still got to keep an eye on my knee. I've read in a couple of places that knee pain can be caused by tight hip flexors so I probably need to stretch these more.

I still get very slight ache on my shoulder after doing heavy chinups but it feels that Diesel Crew shouder rehab has really helped.

I'm 5 9" and even though i'll prolly look my best at 75kg, I gotta pick between 74 and 82 (top weight classes, and not even counting weight cutting). I'm resigned to eventually weight 82kg in 10 years when I set a new total record in raw powerlifting :D. That said, I'm sure that guy doesn't have problems getting lay :p. (Also being small sucks, if I was like 6 3 I would aim to weight 120kg :p)

Wish I could weigh in at 108kg. I pray that i can hit 105kg in two years.

Depends what kind of women you are after I suppose. I think a lot of males get it into their heads that big muscles are all it takes to pull the ladies. If its purely for competitive purposes then yes I can understand it I suppose, but then I come from a sport where agility and jumping power is everything. I prefer just staying single digit bodyfat.
