I am inclined to say, that if you power Clean the same weight that you squat, you might just be a pussy at doing squats and you are not lifting the weights you could lift there. It's always a fine line between lots of grinders with horrible form and being too scared to do the work that you actually should be able to do, but in this case I have to say you should just load the barbell more agressively. Did frontsquats and cleanwork today. My lower back always hates powercleaning lol. Same for me, I am often useless after doing them.

Also, came to the realizatoin today that almost all definition in my abs is gone. Sad decaf. Time to stop drinking/drunk eating and be a bit more serious about my diet. I wanna get back down to ~10% BF by the end of February.

For the last 2½ hours I have been trying not to fall a sleep in my bed - I am always exhausted as hell after cleaning. Oh well, tomorrow is ice-skating with school. Never tried it, I expect to have bruises everywhere.

I can powerclean ~110kg give or take for sets of 3 and squat 170+ for sets of 3. I don't think someone at your level would have that efficient of a powerclean where you're not squatting significantly more.

'I cant squat more' = drink more milk, fix your damn technique and stop being a pussy.

Never mind. Friday is squats. Gotta focus on keeping my knees out. Also, warming up. Why do I always remember to warm up when I've already done the first set?

Having serious trouble with rest day foods though. Fitting 250p/110f/116c into 8 hours is hard. I wish I liked fish better -_- Never mind. Friday is squats. Gotta focus on keeping my knees out. Also, warming up. Why do I always remember to warm up when I've already done the first set? you should really slow down that increase in bench soon. i know its hard to not be super gung ho about it but itll be better for you to take it slow. also for squats you will get to a certain point where you will be scared to jump straight into work sets because its so heavy that if your form is just abit rusty you could really mess shit up. think of the warmup more as a way to test your form abit and it doesnt have to be super long.
