Breakfast: 6 eggs, 1 bell pepper 1 tomatoe, 50grams of smoked salmon. On workout days I also have four small slices of bacon.

Lunch: 700ml %2 milk + 1\2 cup of oats + 2 scoops of whey + 1 balanan. Double the amount on workout days.

Dinner: 500grams~ of chicken breast/700grams of lean fish + a broccoli/250grams of green beans.

I don't think I'm undereating. I think it's a lack of veggies/fruit. I'm super strict and virtually never deviate from this. Any suggestions? I haven't really changed this set-up in the three-four months.

You don't have anything in there that straight up gives you carbs. Throw in potatoes or brown rice man. You're just eating pure protein atm lol.

Pretty sure oats have a lot of carbs. Do you take vitamin D? vitamin D deficiencies can lead to general fatigue.

That's true, not sure if it's enough though.

White rice, potatoes, or sweet potatoes, are all relatively safe starches

Avoid pastas/grains/brown rice/etc.

Why white rice instead of brown rice? :O Usually everyone says that brown rice is healthier. For example brown rice is really high in magnesium but white rice doesn't have much of it. I have been on full paleo for 2months and 14 days (0 grams of any rice) and biggest flaw is that I can't really get cheap foods with magnesium in it. Nuts and seeds are quite expensive compared to normal food for their value.

celltech , i would count your carb intake and check it against recommendations/ratio

breakfast 0g carbs
lunch 35-75g carbs
dinner 8g carbs

see? theres fucking nothing in there. i used to eat like that and life was totally shitty.

then i started loading up on rice/chocolate and , as far as i venture to believe , there has been a world of difference

awesome meal i had yesterday was chopped fried chicken breast + RICE mixed together, little bit of butter and pepper mixed in.

im also dosing a multivitamin like 3 times a day ( or everytime i eat), plus i have D/magnesium/biotin/thiamin too for the hell of it (no the biotin didnt do shit for my dermatitis -_- )

Personally I'm going to go on some supplements too, I heard that a vitamin D deficiency, which is really common especially in winter, can lead to tiredness, and I'm tired alot even though I sleep and eat well.

To get bigger lifting is a must? Because I'm to the point where I can make 175 push ups straight up and I'm not sure doing more would help. I'm ripped, but not getting heavier. Even when eating a lot.

eat more = put on weight. if youre not putting on weight then you are not eating enough. if you want some of that weight that you put on to be muscle then lifting is kind of necessary, otherwise it will mostly be fat.
what are your goals? cranking out 175 pushups - while very impressive, bravo! - will probably not make you stronger because after like 20 it just becomes an endurance exercise. head over to the "general training recommendations" or even the "bodyweight strength training" thread if you want to put on some muscle mass.

Pushups lose their strength training part when you do so many because it just becomes a matter of endurance.

Weight = eating. If you eat enough your weight will go up. If it isn't going up, eat more. If you training is good most of that will be muscle, if your training sucks it's probably mostly fat.
