Dear lord O_o. I'm going to the beach June 11th which is under 50 days, but man do I suddenly have a gigantic urge to have results like that! Congratulations

Bench was pretty easy at 135, looking to break the plateau from a few weeks ago and hit 145lbs next week. Same went for deadlift, I was surprised that five reps at 205lbs were quite easy for me. Probably gonna try to hit two plates next week, that would probably the biggest improvement for me thus far!

Gaaah, probably my first fail workout ![]() Wait, nevermind. I'm just screwing up all the numbers. I am seeing gains, now that I"m writing it down. In everything but press I did 3x5xweight I improved my squat by 10 pounds to 60 pounds. I improved my press from 25 to 35. I actually miswrote 25 as 35, so I was trying 40 and wasn't able to do that. ![]() Barbell Rows improved from 30 to 45 o.o I upped it 5, was still nothing. Another 5, was still nothing. Another 5, fairly difficult but reasonable. My weight is fluctuating a lot, just eat eat eating. Here is the log. First page is week by week, second sheet is specific. https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AhNskixPW9hQdE9PX0ZSZFRJZUJBRHRQUzZHT3NwMmc&hl=en&authkey=COC5sqwI

Nice! what was your diet like? Total fail day today. Squat 106.8kgx1x4, press 52.3kg 5/5/3, powerclean 56.8kgx5x3 but form was horrible D: will probably deload that. I believe I strained a tendon in my right knee; the past two squat sessions I have ended early because I feel a stiffness/discomfort between the patella and tibia, where they hit you with that rubber hammer to check your reflexes as a kid No pain, no swelling, but I don't want to do work weight on it for a bit. Probably try warmup sets only for a week or two, if it persists on friday.

Great info. One thing that confuses me is the fact that they reccoment a high head while SS reccomends staring on a spot on the ground. Is that because SS uses a lower barbell placement on the back?

Just continue the massive consumption of calories/protein and that will continue, or?
