On friday i was going to head to the gym and start trying out the stronglift 5x5 routine but before i went my friend wanted to go mountain biking on some trails. So i went with him and ended up taking a spill that dislocated my acromion (i think thats how its spelt) bone and now i cant lift anything for 6 weeks. the acromion is just part of a bone, namely the scapula. maybe you mean the acromioclavicular (AC) joint.

She asked me yesterday how she can "tone up her flabby areas". Told her she can't spot reduce fat and all that. Long story short, I'm taking her to the gym to teach her how to squat, deadlift, bench, press, ect. today. Getting her on SS basically. Now to just get her on paleo so I can do it (she buys the groceries) lol you know the world is changing into a better place when you see moms deadlifting in the power rack.

Yeah that sounds right, it goes from my shoulder blade and attaches to my shoulder? im not to great with the human skeleton, but i was told it has ligaments attaching to the collarbone and shoulder that were torn and i basicly cant support my arm on its own right now.

I am only seventeen, but I will be working about 50 hours a week this summer for multiple months. How much would a sub forum set me back? Basically, who do I have to bribe and how much in order to get TL a fitness sub forum? If League of Legends can get one, you should too.

I don't have a sternoclavicular ligament on my right side. Doesn't stop me from benchin ![]() @BouBou: Just make sure you eat everything you see and then some more. We'll get that subforum.

I fucking love DL. Although, the 325 lift today was actually pretty hard, I think I comprised my form a little bit on the 1st lift and maybe the 5th one. 335 on Monday, fuck yea. @boubou: I'm pretty sure we'll get it ![]()

Press: 70x3x5 BO-Row: 85x3x5 For the Press, my dear squat rack was occupied, so I had to clean the weight onto my shoulders. I cleaned it quite easily, the downside is just that you can hardly call that a clean, more like throwing the weight into the air and catch it someplace. Last set was probably the hardest set I have ever done in a gym ever, couldn't get the right grip for quite some time and nearly fell over twice^^. Squats were hard as usual, only a matter of time until I a) miss a rep or b) will be burried under the bar, because I don't want to miss that rep. Rows were easy though.

Pros: After a little practice with the DVD it was easy to use in most positions. Easy to wipe clean after use. Cons: Doesn't fit under the settee which is a bit of a pain. Was that the quote you were talking about, FFGenerations? For some reason I have the hardest time counting to 5. I think I randomly missed a rep or added a rep in almost all my work sets yesterday. I probably wound up doing 4-6-6 for squats, 5-5-6 for bench and I definitely did 6 deadlift.
