As for the "leaderboard" I think decaf has the highest deadlift (220kg), anabolic the best squat (495lb) and I dunno about the bench. But decaf wont hold that deadlift record for long

Depending on how the next deadlift session goes (shooting for 210kg x 2) it may very well be within reach

Don't know about his Squat- and Deadlift-numbers, they are probably very reasonable too, but not as high as you might think. His bench is in the 600-700hundreds though. One time on his stream when he was talking to his girlfriend he said he did 415x5 bench that day, and some people say the 6-700 numbers are just exaggeration. Not the it really matters He wouldn't answer the chat afterwards about his squat/deadlift numbers as he said they were abysmal, but that's probably just by powerlifting standards. Debating the gym today as I didn't get as much sleep as I'd like and I'm going for 2-plate squats. Perhaps I'll just push it back a day...

Well, pretty much depends, I would assume that a training 415x5 is raw, and bench shirts for Powerlifters add a lot of pounds to your bench. 600 could definitely be possible (shirt plus given the fact that 415x5 probably is not his max, but just a random training session). But yeah, doesn't really matter, since he doesn't post in this thread and we all now that he is strong.

"In the near future, Geoff hopes to break the world record for bench press in his age bracket, and can already lift about 650 lbs." From his facebook.

I'm of the opinion whatever works for you although I think in the literature there may be a bit of a drop in testosterone after ejec and it does deplete you of certain minerals like zinc which positively affect testosterone production But if you're eating well and getting good food that shouldn't matter really

Bad news is I had major pain in my lower back that I was complaining about some pages ago so no more squats for me. Back to filling up the leg press machine I guess. Any particular spot/place given this article? http://www.eatmoveimprove.com/2010/02/so-you-hurt-your-lower-back/

If anything it'd probably be mental or not overly significant

If anything it'd probably be mental or not overly significant maybe it depends on the sex! I've heard that american football players send prostitutes to the suites of the enemy team the night before a big game to wear them out

Signed up for fitocracy. Looks like fun, and a great way to keep track of lifts. Err'body else sign up now too. It's just shock right now lol. If you vomit, you do need to drink more in order to replace the lost fluids though. If it continues, you're probably doing something wrong. Alternatively, you could look into a leangains or intermittent fasting type diet. I know a few people around here eat that way.
