Incontrol is a bencher (don't remember where he said that, but I remember him talking about it). Don't know about his Squat- and Deadlift-numbers, they are probably very reasonable too, but not as high as you might think. His bench is in the 600-700hundreds though.

yeah i remember inc saying his bench was 600+ or something in one of those threads about athleticism.

wtf? I knew INcontrol was strong but damn...

As for the "leaderboard" I think decaf has the highest deadlift (220kg), anabolic the best squat (495lb) and I dunno about the bench.

But decaf wont hold that deadlift record for long

225kg would be sweet. Depending on how the next deadlift session goes (shooting for 210kg x 2) it may very well be within reach

Well, pretty much depends, I would assume that a training 415x5 is raw, and bench shirts for Powerlifters add a lot of pounds to your bench. 600 could definitely be possible (shirt plus given the fact that 415x5 probably is not his max, but just a random training session).

But yeah, doesn't really matter, since he doesn't post in this thread and we all now that he is strong.

hey guys. just finished my session. got my new plates. here's what i did:

3x5x80lbs squat
3x5x60lbs bench
1x5x90lbs deadlift

on my last rep with the deadlift, i pulled with all i got and i felt like i almost went out. i'm dizzy now i feel like i wanna sleep now but im scared i might not wake up lol.

Personally i've never noticed a difference, from not busting a nut up to a week or two before games vs having sex a couple hours right before games. If anything it'd probably be mental or not overly significant

That just means you're doing work! Keep it up, those numbers will go way up. Make sure you keep up your water intake and eat some food, you'll be fine.

man i don't like to drunk lots of water and to eat food like hours before lifting cause i vomit after i lift. before my session earlier my last meal was like 9-10 hrs before.

That will go away as your body adjusts to the work that it's doing. It's just shock right now lol. If you vomit, you do need to drink more in order to replace the lost fluids though. If it continues, you're probably doing something wrong.

Alternatively, you could look into a leangains or intermittent fasting type diet. I know a few people around here eat that way.

ok man i'll try eating next time and with water so i can lift heavier. i'll just vomit after if i feel i have to til my body get used to it.

btw is it alright if i lift in bare feet? cause the floor is slippery when i have shoes on and im scared to do squats i might slip.
