Like I said, I'm not normally one to bet simply because Texas is a very big place and it takes ~4 hours to get to a casino. Though on pretty much every Magic PTQ that goes thru Louisiana, It's Bettin Time. Plus Casinos make for way better rest stops than Gas Stations. Usually you can get free Drinks (Liquor or otherwise) by just walking into the game floor. Use the rest room after you get your drink, and then walk out. It's super continent.

I didn't know they put those third person Halo games on Steam. I guess $5 is fine for two games in a franchise I love.

What GTA games are worth it? I've never actually played one all the way through. The GTA 3 bundle (3/Vice City/San Andreas) and the GTA4 bundle (4 and Episodes) are only $7.50 each right now.

I wouldn't pay full price for 5 though.

3, Vice City, and San Andreas are all decent. 4 was a shit port of a reasonable game, with a ton of bugs, don't remember if they got fixed.

As in, if you feel the need to waste $5, there are better things to waste that $5 on.

Although admittedly, I just remembered you hate strategy/tactics RPGs so that actually rules out some of the best options from today's sales (ValkChron, X-Com).

I don't think you can go wrong with either Req. I'd put it to a poll. I played 4 and loved it (though the main mission ending was a bit lackluster). I watched a buddy play San Andreas and that one was AWESOME. Vice City I played and was really good too. I'd probably recommend the 3/Vice City/San Andreas bundle because San Andreas was so awesome and I didn't even play it haha.

Also I think yango means of if you going to waste 5 bucks on a steam sale, that halo deal is the least effective way of doing it.

Ps I played all gta games on consoles.

Yeah. I do enjoy the top down shooter type games, and as I said Halo is one of my favorite series, so I think it's not too bad. The one game is only like $1.70 so maybe I'll just get that and play it, see if the other is worth it after.

If you like tactics rpg games then Valk Chron is really a must. If you like moe girls being moe while owning nazis then well it's a must too.

The backlog only grows, embrace it. Become one with the steam sale.

edit: It also has Marine Inoue as playing both best girl and main girl. What more do you want?!

It's probably the best possible 3-word summary of that game.

Also, the port is impressively good. I was really surprised given how bad some PC ports of console games from that era were (e.g. the aforementioned awful GTA4 port).
