@soniv I really encourage you to listen to the original mmlp. he has talked about how relapse was him super hopped up on drugs and not his best work. MMLP2 is really like mmlp 2.0, not a sequel, but a more mature version of what really encapsulated the anger and emotion that brought him to the forefront of hip hop. he is one of, if not, the most technically gifted rappers of all time AND the best selling ARTIST of the 2000s (decade). like him or not that's fucking impressive. there are a lot of references to the original mmlp that make the MMLP2 so much better. im really confident in my tolerance but i also have to face the reality that im 100 lbs and thus half the weight of my various superiors i wouldnt want to risk my vacation days without some intel on their tolerances hue

Survival was pretty bad. Just listening to Rap God now - I like most of it.
Berserk was fine, nothing special.

I can't believe anyone thinks survival is bad. or rap god. or I guess any song. music is so subjective, but that batter line is brilliant. but I guess agree to disagree.
I just want everyone to realize how incredible his rhyme schemes, syllable count, and general musical talent is (having never graduated the 9th grade).
