The big one is most likely going to be Adventure Time, but is there anything else going on right now that's worth watching? I've seen some of Bravest Warriors on Youtube, and that stuff is gold. Catbug is amazing Relevant.

Google told me to hydrate it between 10 minutes and 8 hours ... Currently I'm trying to hydrate it for 30 minutes and put it into Ramen afterwards.

Practice makes perfect but I've no sense of empathy and not much social conventions (I'm not that awkward, I'm simply unaware most of the time that something'd be inappropriate) so I just wish learning didn't have to come after the fact when I'm so prone to slip-ups. >_> Guess I shoulda just given my number to the accordion girl or asked for hers, but after talking for only 45 minutes I assumed it'd have been pushy. From what I've read/heard since it's actually standard, welp.

@Alaric yah you dropped the ball super hard. I've gotten phone numbers from just saying, "hi I know you're busy and so am I but you're beautiful and I'd hate to pass up a chance to meet you. here's my number, send me a message sometime." after talking about accordions for 45 minutes you probably could have taken her straight to dinner.

just gotta bring that swag and own it. and Alaric, just replace beautiful with cool. most people are pretty apprehensive when it comes to initiating some sort of longer term contact (like phone numbers), but most people will gladly accept a number. I dunno. I actually find a vast majority of people to be very boring and uninteresting. that's why I never pass up the chance to meet someone who legitimately might be cool. and I get turned down just as (probably more but I like to keep my ego on the higher side of things) often as I get a number, but that's just how it goes. I saw a cute chick in the chip aisle and randomly suggested a type of chips. we talked for a bit and when I asked if I could give her my number she said she didn't have a phone. I didn't really believe her but whatever. she bought the chips I recommended (upon further inspection it was a terrible flavor) and we laughed and joked in line. at the very least it's good practice. fake it till you make it, false confidence breeds real confidence, etc. I also think flirting may be my favorite thing in the world. so that helps. god I can't wait till I can flirt in a place where everyone understands me.

High school would have sucked far less lol

You learn in hindsight that you were a dumb kid and do better from then on If you weren't dumb before, you couldn't learn that. And if you think you weren't dumb, spoiler alert, you actually were you just never noticed and thus still are.

and I still stand by that I was a decent kid, but teaching has taught me I was still a fuckin prick. relative to others I was good though. @soniv yeah I attended a party at Springfield once and it was ubersexual jock fest douchey jerkoffs. the swimming house. and the soccer team were a bunch of coke head cocksmooches. and I was in one of the "jock/asshole" frats at WPI. but engineers and nerds op. on a non related note, do you guys know what your parents were going to name you if you were the opposite sex? I would have been called Arycellis (spelling?). Air-uh-sell-ees. sounds like a Greek goddess. I would have been a fuckin dime.
