Instead of going right to 6, I attempted a Parley via SpotPass and I got my ass kicked (fuck Pegasus Knights) | ||

My super pack of 200mg pills of caffeine didn't come in yet but I found old samples of pre-workout from the years of protein I've bought. 160mg + garbo amino acid filler was enough to keep me wired despite doing back to back workout days, having a shit day at work, and not sleeping that well last night cuz its a billion degrees and I turned my AC off to save money 9-7-5-7-9 reps of deadlifts @ 135,145,155 rotated with 9-7-5-7-9 unweighted vertical crunches 9-7-5-7-9 reps of seated cable rows @ 80,90,100 rotated with some new-age iso shoulder behind the neck push machine (all the benches were taken) @ 70,80,90 This was 2 hours ago and I'm still wired Gonna take a rest day and then alternate the above with squats/decline situps + bench/lats every other day until next Tuesday and then I go on a trip where I'm not going to sleep, eating garbage food every meal, and probably working 20 hrs a day Also someone once told me its bad to work opposing muscle groups at the same time but I feel more efficient that way since basically I'm stretching one thing while working the other and can power through sets with < 60s rest | ||
