My peers at work have kids and shit (that's why we're less the wednesday), I don't think that's supposed to make me feel better.
And screw you Soniv, I still have my flamboyant mane, no oldey white hair thingy for me!

I'm amused at the use of "they" in a "strangers" way.

Take your time. Find where something has to go and what wires you need to get to it (if applicable) before you try and assemble that peace.
Also, don't shock your parts - this kills the computer. Shouldn't be too much of a problem this time of year.

Oh, and Shelke, my 25 clock still has over 2 years on it

Any advice you didn't steal from MegaTokyo? Man that series used to be so good. Shame what it's become.

I'm waiting, always waiting, never not waiting. And when that day comes I'll be there. And also I'll be two years closer to 30. Fuck

I wonder if Orks have to make their hallways in their spaceships absurdly large because of all the back banners.

I liked the intricacies when it was dealing with the nature of characters, how the public and expectations tend to shift and the way authors' work can sometimes escape them (also with public figures, eg. celebrities), but the current arc seems to have left that and its pace leaves to be desired.

Reading both this sub and the DotA 2 GD (I'm something like 200 pages behind atm though, backlog of ~2-3 weeks) makes for interesting throwbacks when DotA 2 posters who actually take a glance here at an undisclosed frequency have the same kind of "don't they..." mentions. It's like watching two kids each in his corner of the playground sometimes casting glances at whatever the other's doing out of curiosity but never going and outright telling him "Hi!". :')

DON'T FUCKING FORGET THE STANDOFFS.
AMD CPU's a terror to put in, the stick lever mechanism they use is uncanny to use, cuz it makes it feel like you have to use way more force than you should for a computer part.
Don't build on carpet, or anywhere near carpet.
Always be touching exposed metal part of case when fiddling with components.
Don't worry about wiring, get it running first, fiddle with wiring afterwords.
