They basically played the game like a pub(Radiance Treant). Has Liquid qualified? Would this game have affected their qualifications if they havent? Liquid is secured top2(winners bracket final birth), which is why I think throw accusations are just stupid(I really don't think they fear/hate SNA enough to do that). It's still debatable how their actions were/weren't disrespectful to the competition and whatnot though. Well if there's no incentive to be first seed (and I'm feeling from this that there isn't), then the calls for punishing or banning Liquid (which are everywhere right now) are ridiculous. They did not for one second act outside the boundaries of the tournament ruleset that Valve put out there. No matter how people feel about it.

Fun facts, originally DotA was played under League Mode, where Sentinel/Scourge were limited to picking only heroes from their taverns. Lich was globally banned in most competitions because it made Scourge so imbalanced.
Now go watch the tiebreakers!

People have money and they want to support what they like. maybe wave is mad because no one likes him Hey I like Wave. I just don't watch his streams at all because he doesn't stream anything that I care to watch. He still has a sexy awesome voice though. i know i was just joking and following the logical train of "they support what they like" → "no one supports wave" → "no likes wave"
but if i wanted a serious answer, people will generally support things they like and if the dalai lama and the elder zosima taught me anything it's that generosity and love for your fellow man is the key to happiness

Having played 9 games of stressful ass games the 2 days before.
We didnt wanna pick shit that we'd maybe run tmrw or thursday. why would we just put material out there for the other teams to look at, etc. every single draft matters.
That's Bulba's post on the matter, which is exactly how I saw it. I think people reading into it otherwise just want drama.

Go to Wave's stream and the first thing I see is him cheating at Dark Souls 2.
I don't know what to think of Wave anymore.
|
If ya ain't cheating. You ain't trying
|
Wave's stream right now is a massive catharsis for me. God this part was my worst nightmare.
|
I've been waiting for Wave to get to this moment for as long as I saw Wave fighting skeletons near the Firelink Shrines.
This is gonna be amazing.
|
if you like him so much maybe you should donate

Fuck those spears. @Frudgey: I'm playing DS 1, not 2. And whatever it's only a little bit of cheating since it's just an optional little guy to kill that I looked up.
@kain: Can't donate unless you're partnered I don't think I gotta be more popular than 6 viewers/night for that to happen lolol
Once I hit 2100 tho 'cuz Yanger OP

The only ones who should be blamed are Valve. Round Robin has been proven time and time again to be a terrible format for competition and yet some people still use it. Unfortunately Valve have managed to brainwash the community so hard their very shit is viewed as heavenly.
ps: I'm still Salty as fuck over EP 3 and CSS.
