I bought them because I like the idea of domestically produced high quality shoes that aren't replaced but rather repaired. But then I don't have many situations where I need to wear nice shoes. In the end no one really notices. Mid-tier would be Florsheim/Cole Haan/Kenneth Cole. | ||

I only ever wear them in my apartment, but good god they're comfy. I have a similar viewpoint of crocs. I have always made fun of them, but my friend had a pair and told me to put them on. Holy crap they're comfortable. | ||
