herO didnt look great to me, so Cure might just beat him straight up. And Solar/Reynor is a tossed up, but either of them would be heavy favorite against Cure. So my belief is a ZvZ in the 2nd place of group B.

This will only settle whether military is a better excuse than injury and not caring about international tournaments!
More seriously I don't think there's much to read into Serral losing 0-3 to Clem. Clem's a killer and if Serral is even at 95% Clem can tear him apart. When Serral is bullet proof (like in Katowice) Serral can 3-0 Clem too. Only time will tell if it's because Serral's form is poor or if something just happened to be off today.

After an epic full Bo5 between Reynor and Clem, I was excited to see how Clem would stand up again Serral. I didn't care about who wins or loses, I just wanted to see more epic games, but that was just upsetting to watch. Serral didn't even look like Serral, and the fact that no caster mentioned the vast amount of uncharacteristic mistakes he was making also felt very ignorant. I'd be glad to see people rise above Serral, but I don't wanna see him lose like THIS. I know Clem's good, but this series felt so unmotivated... I hope to see Serral show better games moving on from here :prayge:

Jet lag is definitely a thing. Zerg was also obviously favored at certain times many of which coincide with a Maru loss at an international.
Serral is in military but we have no idea how much he is actually stopped from playing/practicing by military service. He's made it sound like it's not that big of a deal and has looked the same as always if not even more dominant than normal in all of his post military series until this one. For all we know he's been able to do the same amount of practice hours as he would have done if he wasn't in military. We know him and Oliveira have played 100+ customs post military starting. We also know he's played at least 150 ladder games in the last couple months. That's already a lot of games and doesn't include ladder on other accounts or other customs.
