There is still so much strategy just in unit movements, tech switches, scouting patterns, attack timings, decision-making when to harass and when to attack etc etc.. I never said it doesn't matter at all, but when compared to HotS it's laughable. Also, most of that is called tactics.

A bunch of that is tactics and not strategy

Losing to an open wall is so very Maru.

It's such a Dark thing btw to get melee attack before armor.

dying to an open wall run by - maru still not learnt

Maru playing like he dgaf at the moment, against mass lingbane and he make mass Marine with a couple Helion

At this rate herO vs Dark was the real final.
|
Lings and Banes are just very good units.

This also shows that the Reynor - Maru games taking this long was as much on Reynor as it was on Maru. If you play aggressive the game ends earlier, one way or the other, Reynor was just too passive

When Dark is on his game, heads just roll. Doesn't matter who you put in front of him. He's a man of crushing victories and nailbiting defeats. herO getting so close at all is impressive.

European problems, earlier in his career he was way more into the chaos/aggressive stuff.

It's odd for a guy who's early game seems perfect and almost always loses the lategame fights vs Maru.
