Not really? If they'd won here, then it would be a matter of coming out on top in map score which they likely could have done. Team GP pulling an upset would guarantee a spot, but it wasn't necessary.

However it is very unlikely that GP could steal a point from SR. If SR would get a clear win, TL would be eliminated regardless how good it can perform. I feel sorry for TL. They had good games against DPG and KaiZi, but the lost to AX, SR and only ace win against IG cost too much harm.
I actually kinda find it pretty cool with what Bunny just did against Trap, he went 3rd CC super early but never really went for high worker counts, it was like 40-50ish, and making it like an all-in situation where he just has more army supply than Trap ever could. In the end, despite having higher worker count initially, Trap couldnt have enough army count to keep up with the fight from Bunny. Not sure if this was intentional from Bunny or just hes just dead-drunk and miss the SCV production, lol.

Trap could have kept up with the army count but he decided to do the worst army split I've ever seen and just sack 4 colossi to marauders for free.

Their season was pretty over once they couldn't beat a bunch of 45 years old Chinese dudes.
The season turned out to be surprisingly close considering it's a 12 team tournament. Only LP didn't factor in the final result, give them one better player and I think we will be in for a great season 2.
