He hasn't been a top-3 Korean Terran since 2017.

Inno beat Serral before, and judging by his play today, I would still bet on Inno again. Also Maru. It might be but I have to remember you Inno beat him twice this year with a 6-4 aggregate, I would say it's a close call. Special's TvZ clearly is not as good as his TvP at the moment.

You could argue that TY, Maru and GuMiho were better than INno when Serral beat him. I buy it for GSL vs the World. Not sure if it's true for when HSC happened.

It's a hard call if Inno was top 3 at the time to be honest. Since the other contenders didn't play anything on the new patch at that point.

And Serral had problems against every terran he played that tournament, but somehow managed to evolve and win it in the end.

This is why he can beat classic in blizzcon, sos in code s, and he beat neeb today....then gets stomped by serral When you watch special's games vs someone like scrarlett, you can tell that he is not comfortable maneuvering his armies in TvZ. And it's painfully obvious in this series where he's up against the best zerg on the planet
