I don't think it's necessarily bad, it's just his ZvT is relatively his weakest/shakiest matchup. Doesn't mean he's flat out bad at it. But Korean Terrans are levels above EU Terrans, and Serral's almost always made to work extra hard against them. If he consistently practiced in the KR ladder and against KR Terrans, I think he would be much better at it.

That said the true game winning moment was the fact that Serral basically contained Inno at some point. Something i have not seen happen in these other 3 ultra late ZvTs i have seen.

he lost because Serral was mining from his bases for a long time due to the advantage he had going into the lategame
when serral got enough infestors and vipers inno just kept losing units with no compensation, serral didnt even use his bank

Did you miss the early/midgame? He had a pretty big advantage going into the lategame.

the reason why I'm saying this is because this made Inno expand Inno slowly than he would do usually which allowed Serral to take some of the expansions on Inno's side of the map which won him the game
they keep cutting away from serral's camera very quickly. he looks like he's turning blue wtf. inno poised with his newly clear skin thanks to proactiv just 3 easy steps
What decided this game was that Serral killed Innos 5th. From then on Inno didn't have the economy to go BC Raven Ghost. He had to stick with libs which are completely useless... Also he made a lot of control mistakes again, ghost movement was bad... G7 will probably be a cheese

INnoVation came extremely close to winning the game, he probably would've won if that 5th hadn't gone down, like Charoisaur said.
