1/1 for GSL Ro32, confirmed best foreigner already

To be honest I'm feeling the Reynor hype more than Serral right now. Serral tends to win games by simply having vastly superior mechanics to his opponents, but it's unclear if that will hold up against the best koreans (when they eventually meet). Reynor won his games today with great tactics and decision making. Korean zergs don't seem to embrace that side all too much.
Zest, sOs, PartinG, Dark, and Maru are the real champs. ROOT_herO is overrated. Snute, Serral, and Scarlett are the foreigner GOATs

Nicely done. I voted Classic & Reynor. I figured it was a foolish choice, but I went half head and half heart. Turns out I shoulda gone 100% all heart for once!

Wow Reynor is incredibly fast... he was actually crushing Classic with it, hard to believe. And he has excellent micro and group control. Classic is no joke when it comes to speed and control either but he fell behind and had to stabilise, he probably wasn't even ready for it. This kid is gonna go far if he can keep up that level of play. Awesome series.

I can't remember the last time I saw a protoss with like a maxed out vs. 150 zerg (sorry if that's not exactly correct but you get the gist) lose...that was an amazing game 2. This Reynor kid is going places...just hope he doesn't hit Maru (but then who can actually beat him, haha).

His next opponent will have a chance to analyze his builds and adjust. He looked good the last game, but he looked really bad the first two games.

Some interesting data points:
- Riccardo (Reynor) goes to high school in Italy, which goes from 8am to 1pm every day excluding weekends
- Homeworks are mandatory and take few hours every day
- According to a recent interview, he could play only 2/3 games a day in the evening before sleep for about 9 months every year
- He started training seriously only since end of May when school closed
- When he had to choose between attending the BTSL finals in Vancouver and going to school, he chose school because he had to miss too many days to attend WESG.

And he's that good.

Reynor is really good, and yes, he is doing school, but let`s be serious here, we all went to school but also played at least 4-5 hours a day, doing also homeworks and all. He may be not full time, but to say he plays 2/3games a day is a big joke.

Anyhow congrats to him, hope he can become someone who makes Serral bleed.

Can't believe that last game, even if it was a Korean Zerg, that play would have been impressive, that literally constant harassment throughout that game was awesome, but that he is a foreigner playing Classic was even more awesome. He looked like he was drunk on happiness in his interview.

The 2/3 games is a "joke" Reynor made in an interview and I see no reason why he should lie about it.

With Classic eliminated, how does seeding work for ro16? Is it just next in line in WCS points?

Not WCS points, GSL points. Similar concept, but not the same thing.

Yeah, but in this case, they probably come up with the same result in Stats.

Yup. If Stats had also dropped out it would be Dark.
