Yeah by far the greatest ever series of sc2 for me, that was beautiful sc2, pretty sure that series is what blizzard tried to make happen all the time in lotv.

They didn't go past 3rd IIRC, it was a never ending fight for the 3rd base(at least the match from Canada). I don't think this could happen in LotV, but I still hope!

Yeah but you can counter that with instead of waiting until 7 minute mark for the widow mine drop, then oracle harass into 9th-10th minute before a push happens. We get all that 4-5 minutes earlier thanks to the eco changes so we don't have to watch scvs/probes mine for 5 minutes xd

Well the idea for the Zerg is that if you ever kill the Terran air army, you make broodlords and win instantly. Even 50 marines don't really help in that case, especially since they had no upgrades.
I think Maru was pretty much trolling at that point.

We had plenty of patches around mutalisk. I think Blizzard won't remove a unit no matter how many balance problems it makes.

Hey, the cyclone isn't technically problematic.
I think it's easier to just rebalance the liberator than to remove it and rebalance everything. You know they'd have to.

I thought it would have been pretty huge having 3-3 BCs being able to blink around the map in that case. BCs just suck. BCs don't really add anything. I know this because I have at times accidentally made BCs in lategame TvZ by misclicking and it almost cost me games. It's hard to give units purpose when you have a unit that overlaps with so many This is true, you either remove the Banshee, remake the BC into a bit cheaper/more accessible unit or you remove it, and you make the Banshee start with the speed upgrade but it requires the Fusion Core to build them. Or, you know, remove the unit that causes all these problems We had plenty of patches around mutalisk. I think Blizzard won't remove a unit no matter how many balance problems it makes.
