Bomber doesn't really split, he just preposiions really well in a good concave with marauders in front and splits minimally.

The point is going right over your head. While I don't agree he has as good of micro as the people you think he is using lots and lots of APM on unit control while mismanaging macro. You don't just gain tons of APM randomly. You choose to spend your APM on areas where you think it is most important. Just because you think he can make his macro good while continuing to micro perfectly doesn't mean it will ever work like that.

True, Bomber has sick micro when he cares. He just sometimes forgets to use it.
As for unit control... Maru, Dream, GuMiho, Polt, uThermal doesn't have better micro than any of those.

No I think you don't understand the point. Because the solution to adressing his base management issues are actually not APM intensive.
They are - somewhat - easily adressable with a little shift in priorties. That shift would not hurt his unit control that much. He would still be the foreign terran with the best unit control if he spend 5% less time managing his units. And making sure you have proper saturation doesn't take very long time for someone using camera hotkeys. The same thing comes to securing expansations at proper times.
WHY? Because his speed and mouse accuracy is significantly better than any other foreign terran player.
