Besides Ty and Innovation, there aren't any korean terran players (that I can think of) with better unit control than him. Arguably he is on par with Innovation in terms of controlling units. But Innovation has top base management and uThermal has diamond level.

Not really. Happy just refuses to build scvs constantly.
Uthermal on the other hand has much better worker macro, but horrendous saturation. Like in macro games you would constantly see him with 20+ workers on one base and 10 workers on another. The lack of camera hotkeys is a big reason for this. It's not even that much of a mechanical issue (because it's easy to adress if you focus on it).
Further, he builds and lifts command centers way way too late (when there is no strategic reason for it). This hurts his income rate and he needs to compensate with it in terms of unit control.

Yeah... It was very very poor decision making from ShowTime... I think this is what really distinguish Koreans from foreigners. And the way to fix this, is a coach where he can guide you and discuss strategies with you. Foreigners do not suffer from mechanic issue, but from severe lack of good decision making.
