The funny thing is that none of you noticed until Wax brought it up.
And in general I really hate this logic: something bad is happening -> we can't really stop it, but let's do something that looks like we are doing something while annoying everyone who had nothing to do with the bad thing in the first place. The sad thing is that it's absolutely omnipresent today.

It might make it harder, but bunching up your entire army while trying to squeeze your ultras through a four pylon wall isn't exactly the same as managing to attack from at least two sides while Protoss is in a bad position. Which is perfectly doable on Terra.
Funny how normally everyone would reply these "how were the games" question by talking about how wonky was the second game... only Panic is able to overshadow a game where a single Ultra was dropped into a main.

It's interesting to watch Gumiho here. He does quite well in big engangements, but like 4 or 5 times already he left some units die randomly on the map because he did not pay attention

And thats what happens when you basically leave the Zerg to his own devices and he does not mess up. Flash killed the 4th once, yes, but he never stopped the creep, he had zero succesfull drops, he had only a few mines and Departure was not afraid to engage even seemingly bad places, because he knew he had enough.
DeParture was very good with baiting out the Widow Mines. That really was well done. And he capitalized on some bad positioning by Flash. Plus, banelings on Thors isn't the worst thing, with 5 base Gas behind it.

Flash got cocky after snipeing the 4th and thought that he won the game there... well Mr.Flash you don't win a game vs zerg by snipeing 1 base and then do shit... you have to be active , but pressure, drop all over the place, clear creep, build some MARAUDERS, constantly do stuff...but hey..what do i know...u r the PRO PLAYER!!!

from what i saw flash made plenty of mines, split them, got money hits and still got stomped. imagine if the zerg actually micro'ed properly and sent a few lings in prior to just a moving his banes.
edit: and again all this is after zerg opened up with 2 base muta, didnt do any damage and got his 4th sniped

What was he supposed to do after killing the base? He barely retained enough army so that DeParture couldn't risk a counterattack. He didn't have enough units for a continuous parade push and his drops did more damage to him than to DeParture. So he was aiming to be defensive and then push with 3/3 upgrades on 4 secured bases. But DeParture didn't let him get either of those.
He way overcommited on creep to DeParture's 4th IMO, he lost way too much stuff in that fight for not enough gain.
