Just can't wrap my head around any other result than this. Only chance might be Shine pulling off some build too catch Zest of guard and send it to an ace match.

Oh Dear, when the Action starts my boy Zest will Shine. The crowd will be so Flashed that they'll start chanting "Bravo!". He will then bow and laugh and admit "TY, I am Guilty of being awesome."
I'm Guilty of occasional wordplay myself, but when it comes time to take Action, my Zest for the beauty of it will Shine, and a Flash of brilliance will allow me to take my Dear, sweet time and craft a truly Bravo pun. TY for reading, and enjoy the matches.

TY's there too.
And Flash and he's going to win because he's my fucking Captain and I cannot abandon his boat so he better get his shit together and do well in Proleague now

2:00 Forge for Zest. Shine opening with a 15 hatchery, how evil. Spawning pool for Zest. Shine not reacting to the cannon rush. Zest sending another probe out.
3:00 Shine sees the cannon rush with a drone, which moves out. Zest expands. Shine takes the gold base.
4:00 Gateway for Zest. Baneling nest on the way for Shine. Shine has 8 zerglings. Two assimilators for Zest. Shine on 15 drones.
5:00 Zergling speed being researched by zest. Shine getting zerglings at the gold base as well. Shine moving out with lots of zerglings. Zest finds the gold base. Zest building a second cannon and a sentry. Zest building a gateway to block his mineral line. Banelings try to kill the gateway but they are blocked by force fields.

LOL Action looks so old these days :3 24 is same age as me and even with the odd grey hair (or several) coming through on me he would give me a run for my money xD
Action spawns in the bottom left Dear spawns in the top right
2:00 Dear sends out a very early probe scout. 14 pool for Action. Dear opening with a forge. Dear blocks the hatchery from Action for a while but loses the probe.
3:00 Both players expand. Two zerglings move across the map. Third base for Action. A probe is intercepted by the zerglings but it will scout the third.
4:00 Dear took both gasses. Gateway is finishing up for Dear. Action making drones. Cybernetics core for Dear.
5:00 Dear taking a third gas in his natural. Stalker for Dear. Action still making drones. Dear getting a stargate.
nearly every game I watch on the eng proleague stream its about "this guy" or "that guy" during intros whos about to play...this is ridiculous...like he's a total random noob

I got the list.
America: Ryung (did nearly nothing in 2014), Demuslim (plays less, but still pops up every now and then), Vibe (went from one of NA's best to struggling for qualification), JonSnow (actually better), Goswser (lost to Incontrol before extended inactivity), Xigua (a little better than before), Petraeus (had a breakout year), SSanaEE (other than a few odd SEA online cups, completely retired)
Europe: BabyKnight (was still one of the best, but then went to Dota, had a team for about a month, hasn't had one since), Noname (I think he plays for RuW now? He's done nothing), JonnyREcco (and on the seventh day, he rested), Hasuobs (played a bit less, spending time polishing his SIX EPS TROPHIES), Elfi (bounced around, took a break, still mostly the same Elfi), Grubby (playing Heroes now), Thorzain (Twitch money paying for med school), and Mana (saved by the horse). I was wrong about Titan, he was actually eliminated proper.
So some highs, some lows, but a definite net downward trend.

The ideal would've been for Action to lose and then Flash and TY wins, but damn, that was a really nice win from Action. Such an underrated player (by me included).

Action is like the clutchest player for KT in sc2 PL haha
There were three parts to the Flash slump. First, it was herO's Zealot-Stalker-MSC poke to death. Then, it was DRG busting him out of Code S. Finally, it was Parting's Blink of Doom.

Can we add HerO's 4 oracles to this, just because it was amazing

2:00 BrAvO goes gas first. Flash opens with a barracks followed by a gas.

4:00 Reaper finishes for BrAvO. BrAvO getting a starport which Flash does not see. Factory for Flash.
5:00 BrAvO scouts the main but does not see the natural. Cloaked banshee and a widow mine for BrAvO. BrAvO expands. Flash gets the reaper with two hellions.
Someone please tell me why Flash was going to win this match?
Yay, I needed TY to win the next match since I traded Rogue for him!
Also, I cannot even believe how amazing Flash has been for anti team. After TY wins the next match, he'll just have 2 points, and he costed like, 9....

Lol nice Can you explain the builds from MK and Flash? Why are they going heavy hellion builds and not a single siege tank or banshee as more baulk to the army?
Seems like all Bravo and Bbyong did was exploit the fact they are on 10 hellions and like 4 vikings for 10 minutes and kill them.
wow Bravo was prepared for every angle flash tried to harass from. Didn't even amove the Vikings they were in range of the Medivacs but he chased it down to get the kill. Game felt like total preparation.

Where does this 11 game come from? Because in that streak he won a game (but lost the match) against ByuL, which makes this a 8-9 games losing streak. Still terrible, but not AS terrible.

For MarineKing, having only Hellions at the time Bbyong hits is normal. 1b Marines/Tanks/Banshees pushes are commonly defended with SCVs/Hellions/Vikings alone.
For BrAvO, he retained his Banshees and added Reactor'ed Vikings, so Flash would need more Vikings and either a Tank or Hellbats (and preferably a Bunker to stall). Flash's plan to counter-attack with a Marines/Hellions elevator to damage his opponent failed because BrAvO saw the Medivac, blocked the aggression without any loss and rolled on with a critical mass hitting before Flash had enough stuff to defend.

Don't forget Flash got that drop denied and had his marines out of position due to that. I think it had a lot do with the actual exectuion/action in the match and not so much with the build orders. A few things went wrong and spiraled out of control fast, that's just how early TvT can be.
I guess Jaedong is favoured vs Flash now O_O a month ago people would say "that is a boring match Flash wins ez" That was not a face of somebody who is not trying, he looked devastated there.
It's pretty obvious. Flash's opponent can read him like a book now. He's eager to win hence his play looks very impatient (the early move out of the medivac seemed very hasty imo). Flash needs to take one step back, observe more, play more prudently.

?? If you fast expand and build a Medivac as your first Starport unit against a Banshee opening, it's to counter-attack immediately. Otherwise you would build a Viking. The goal is to hit before the first Tank or when the first Tank just arrives.

Guilty looks like he got this imo. Air and Tank lead. TY will need a great hold to even break even. I think an ace match is coming and Zest has to put in more work.

?? If you fast expand and build a Medivac as your first Starport unit against a Banshee opening, it's to counter-attack immediately. Otherwise you would build a Viking. The goal is to hit before the first Tank or when the first Tank just arrives.
In your opinion, where was the point when he was doomed? What could he have done without the information we observer had to at least prolong the game and possibly slowly crawling back?
Probably when he lost his Medivac, leaving his Marines out of position, or when his Hellions got isolated by BrAvO's Banshees. I think he should have played an earlier Armory and stalled for Hellbats / air dominance with Vikings, but not sure

One thing I like about the Solar choice is that he didn't have any other map to practice. His GSL group is one of the later ones, he's not in SSL, and he wasn't in the main lineup. Whatever he does, he's been doing it all week.
Goddammit Solar, if you pull out a Catz build I will burn my Samsung banner and announce my new allegiance to SKT led by the younger and better looking Dark.

SKT? You realize that Korea's most vocal believer in Catz builds is soO, right?

Besides, Solar's going for The Truth, anyway.
soO makes it work though ;_;
Edit: Thank Nestea a standard game. Solar has a solid chance now ;P

Nah man, that's deliberate. He's going for the Hipster Award, worst team trying to be bad. And now, funnily enough, Guilty might screw up his plan.

I remember that guy who was saying Zest was overrated and was a patchtoss and would only perform like shit in PL this year. I guess he's not around anymore?

Guilty was a pleasant surprise, honestly. Where most players look very nervous when they play in the booth for the first time, Guilty looked like a seasoned veteran. His demeanor reminded me a lot of soO's. His first game was also very important, win or his team gets eliminated. From what I could tell by watching this morning, all that he needs to improve on is his multitasking and macro. He has good army control and positioning. I hope to see more of him in the future, as he is a very hopeful prospect.
Since i couldnt watch live, i just read a little bit of the LR and started watching the vods. Did KT get a warning or something because of that pause by Action?

No idea. Liquipedia doesn't say anything so I would guess not?

I'll trust liquipedia then . Surprising though, i really thought Kespa would give a warning/penalty for that. But glad to see they didnt, maybe there really was an issue so it was ok. Thanks!
