Well just because you dont know exactly why a problem occurs, does not mean you can understand that it should not.
If a gun malfunctions in battle, everybody understands it is a screw up. You dont need to be a weapon expert.
If an athlete that is supposed to win 800 meter running finishes last place, 30 seconds after the winner you dont have to be an expert to understand that he fucked up.
If Blizzard cannot even make their own game run after four years without mid-game pauses during the biggest tournament of the year, you dont have to be an engineer or computer expert to understand it freaking sucks.
I dont want it to do. I dont understand why it does. But I clearly can see that this is not good. Doesnt matter if Blizzard wants it to work or if I understand the problem or not.
What I understand is that it should not be happening. Not today. Not now and not not like this.

While I agree there is a line to be drawn somewhere, using that as a comparison is a bad choice. That has happened once out of how many super bowls? Compared to how often this has happened just this weekend?
