So is destiny hanging up on inside the game sponsored by eg, when all four of the other people were shit talking him for crap they later pulled off lol
wut. Wat. What. WHAT.
I know what you are referring to but I just don't know why it is relevant/what "crap they later pulled off lol" means.
They were shit talking him for expanding into another game when there was no sign of improvement during the blord/infestor phase iirc, since then every one of them except painuser has been doing "non starcraft" stuff, especially djwheat.
IIRC correctly mostly they were just shit talking him because of how hard he was pushing the "SC2 is dead" mindset.
He was pushing the "sc2 is dying because blizzard won't fix protoss, blord/infestor etc" which it absolutely was lol
But then they fixed it with HotS.... Don't bring this shit up.
there you go, they're mentioning it. what more do you guys want? do you literally want the casters to say "naniwa is going to lose because he doesn't care about starcraft, guys"

Good choice.
Disagree. What is this? Well let's just pretend like naniwa practiced a ton and has crisp builds prerpared, so it's very interesting, we're so hyped, while everyone who watches this, knows that this is complete bullshit.
Do you want them to say "This match-up will be shit guys you might as well go do something else while Polt crushes him"? Of course not. The casters are there to hype, not deter potential viewers.
Alright, I will watch game 1 to see if it is worth watching the rest of this series of if Nani is just going to mail it in. This is the one series I have pretty low expectations for.

No caster would like to get criticized for "hurting esports" like what happened to incontrol yesterday.

Fake hype is what casters do apparently.
Bringing it up would open a massive can of worms, not talking about the bullshit players pull on Twitter is the smart choice.
They could do the awesome "Now is for sure the time we will see if the Stephano I-never-pratice-approach actually holds any water cause here we have one of the best foreigners vs a ladders beast of a korean, get hyped!".
Nah I get what you are saying man but seriously, they are going to go through the entire series with a "oooh I don't know what has gotten into naniwa, guess it must be nerves!?" or what? That would be hilariously facepalm of them though, maybe enough so that I give them a pass.
