I think the format is a little bit flawed to be honest. So a one map difference basically sends you all the way from Code S to Code B instead. That seems a little bit extreme to me. Why not make it so the third place in the group has a guaranteed spot for Code A next season? It just seems weird to me that a one map difference can have such a huge impact on someone's placement.

Every Terran during the IPL5/LSC2 era that were competitive, had insane mechanics and used a specific unit or style to battle versus Zerg. Bomber used ravens, Polt had his 12 rine 3 tank production push or whatever... That was a funny period.

Pretty sure the best thing it can happen to T pro players out there is no more Ts advancing to Code S. 2T in a 32 players tournament is bad enough to force a change, I guess.

Yeah haha. Bomber's death marches cut expansions to end the game. He has builds where he actually goes for expoes. Clear gameplans are great to have.
I remember a game on Newkirk vs a protoss where he had a deathmarch on 3 base with the middle base. That shit was weird, but he almost broke the opponent.
