could have been worse for dream. With 3 mules I dont think its so very bad. Effort did one round of units to many I think. Should have droned harder after the first attack

Very nice play by Effort, he plays almost exactly like Jaedong.

Btw, this thing that Dream does where he picks up marines in the medivacs doesn't really seem to be working, they just get shot down before they can boost out.

Lack of macro hatch might have been an issue, but just building lots of units is not very helpful in ZvT, you need the right units. Sure he can flood lings but that is not nearly as good as just getting more mutas and a decent baneling count. Past a certain point more lings are just superfluous, they can't get surface area and end up blocking the banes more than anything.

The vision advantage in those situations is kinda big. It's very hard to micro against units you can't see.

This is starting to look like late WoL TvZ in that the terran can do damage time after time, but the Z just doesn't die, and slowly moves up in the tech tree - last long enough and you're pretty certain to win. 3 months ago Dream would have already won after all the early-game mistakes by Effort.

I feel like Dream needs to wait a little longer between attacks. He never has enough left after each fight to do damage.

Mutaball is getting scary large though because the regen keeps them alive.

the situation was as follows: zerglings attack hellions, hellions walk up a ramp, all zerglings get destroyed and kaeleris said it was because there is some kind of highground advantage that he just made up in that second....i dont know, i just hate stupid made up shit like this. there is no highground advantage and the missing sight had no impact on anything in this particular scene.
