You're allowed to vocalize that. Just like people can say Alive has no personality or you know x player is bad, etc. I think that the fact that you are a big Naniwa fan is making you think it should be banworthy but it generally isn't, within certain boundaries. I think that it's ok to vocalize dislike to something what happened during the tournament, but it is NOT ok to keep expressing the disliking about things not related to the tournament for the sake of hurt feelings, because the player under question gets high in the tournament. I find this practice unhealthy to say the least. In case of Naniwa, it really gets ridiculous.

Not saying you did, and frankly I disliked him for it because his BM was more about ego and hubris and less about desire to win. And I can back that up with him ragequitting games without even trying to come back from a small defecit. Where as Naniwa will fight to the bitter end if he thinks there's any chance of him coming back to win. I for one think your perception of "Naniwa's BM" is just his eccentric personality shining through in his desire to win and everything else falling to the wayside. Where in today's matches did you see him being BM even in the slightest tho? Cause I was there and saw nothing of the sort. Obviously I remember him saying some dumb comments about losing to Targa or some other EU zerg in EU Premier league one of the seasons ago. That was the last time I remember..... what did he do today to justify you bashing him in THIS thread that has to do with THIS tournament?? And you saying my huge amount of support for Naniwa makes me biased in this discussion is pretty ironic considering your huge amount of hate for him. Idra got just as much hate from the community. He was an incredibly polarizing figure and tons of people hated on him in threads and the like. But Naniwa has lashed out at people on twitter calls people bad etc. which is why I think he is BM. Vortix even said that Naniwa said like "I hope your whole family gets cancer" or something like that and I can't support a player who acts like that. But I think you're overestimating my "huge amount of hate for him"

I mean if you want an example of one from this tournament, he refused a handshake from hero after he lost to him.

![]() Just because you dislike someone personally doesn't mean you can't have at least some respect or appreciation for his accomplishments... In the end Nani proved he is outstanding (wether it may be performance- or personality-wise ![]()

Sometimes I really can't stand him, the comments he makes can be down right terrible and disrespectful, although some of them are absolutely hilarious. (JYP touched me, PP...gumiho walking around like a retard, omg how'd i lose to tefel, worst player in the world). But on the other hand I always admired his competitiveness, drive and determination to succeed, which seems levels above most foreigners, and for that I don't mind seeing him do well. lols. When did this happen? I know about the JYP one and tefel but that's news to me XD

People are just sick of LR threads being about everything other than the actual games, especially people bringing up the same talked-to-death discussions over and over again. It's one of the major reasons why I rarely post in these threads any more. The amount of time I've come here to discuss or read about a game that's just happened and found nothing but shit being discussed maybe you can understand why some don't get to happy at it. Also people bringing up "free-speech" for a privately owned forum is kind of funny...

Kaelaris said even he doesn't try to talk to him before his games. Afterward he won and after he saw me in the front row jumping up and down going crazy he was super nice backstage shook my hand, took a picture, but most of all we had a brief conversation about his mindset during the games. It was an amazing experience, he's an eccentric guy.... he is also kindof shy and doesn't get off on the attention and just loves the game and loves to win. He doesn't like distractions either. (These are just my assumptions based on what I saw and what I've heard about him.... I don't know him that well) ![]() (I'm way more excited and elated here than my face might show here.... okay... fine... I was trying to look cool with my hero next to me) Great guy. I love the guy, not him personally cause I don't know him personally, but I love his play and I love the person I met today. He's a nice dude and I appreciate him greatly. Thanks so much for all your hard work and your passion for the game Naniwa, you reflect the same passion fans like myself have for it as well. OH AND BTW he then went on to take pictures with EVERYONE I saw standing there swarming him for a picture.... I can't say if he got to every single person out of the upwards of 30+ people if that's what someones complaints are idk.? All I can speak on is what I saw. And what I saw was a mildly shy, keeps to himself sort of guy who likes to focus before games and doesn't really enjoy crowds or too much attention afterwards. If you can't deal with that and get over it then don't cheer for him, who needs you? Naniwa sure as hell won't mind, cheering for him or against him makes no difference to him he just wants to win. Cool pic, thx for sharing!
