I just tried watching LoL on source and there was no lag as opposed to watching DH on medium with substantial lag. I never usually complain about lag, but wth twitch?!?

What would that game have been without mines? A complete roll.

The way I see it know is that TaeJa will win Dreamhack. It's not that I think he's a better player than INnoVation, in fact I think INnoVation is definitely better overall, I just think that TaeJa is better at TvT so will win against Inno.

innovation is better over all? Taeja has better results vs all races. Innovation was great when hellbats were good, now that Blizz balanced them innovation dropped down.

Moving on from the fact that he's currently #1 while TaeJa is #5 (a difference of 2.2k WCS points) let's analyse the match-ups.

TvZ - INnoVation is better (by a country mile).
TvP - INnoVation is better (only slightly though).
TvT - TaeJa is better (considerably).

I think the main reason people try to make out that TaeJa is better than Inno is because TaeJa is regularly beating him. But that's only because TaeJa is really strong in that match-up whilst it is INnoVation's main weakness.

I think Taeja is better at TvP than Inno. he manhandled Rain, and sos.

and taeja isn't that much worse at TvZ.

INnoVation destroyed Rain as well when Rain was playing well. Rain really fucked up against TaeJa badly. Also that series against sOs.,.. yay really. INnoVation did 4-0 vs sOs, what do you want? :D

Why are you pulling up stats from half a year ago? Lol. Innovation looked quite mortal in TvP recently, losing to a foreigner even.

The Major interview which was on SVT just now, when was it from? I didn't catch the beginning of it. I really like Major, and he seems so passionate when speaking about his life in Korea.

I have not really been following, but was Major not sent home? And in the interview he spoke as if he lived together with Innovation, whom he reveres. I can only assume it has be a very old interview, can anyone please clarify for a fool?

this game is the best example to show how terrible widow mines are. pure randomness.

Yes, Mines were totally the problem this game.

Widowmines are what held Life's all-in which should have killed Taeja's greedy build.

Zerg can't complain about greedy builds, unless it's 3CC before rax.

What

You hatch first 90% of the time, how was Taeja's build greedy? He built enough for defense and got a third CC.

hatch first has been standard in tvz since forever. my question still stands, and without a question mark.

And my response still stands, you can't say a build with starport tech before third is "greedy".

so unless 3 cc before rax, 2 base zerg all in should never hurt terran. ok.

It is what it is and it's all Life's fault for choosing a build with such a low chance of working

What are you smoking Taeja's TvP is the best in the business, a level above other terrans.

You can make a case for either but the timing of how INnoVation pulls those SCVs is just perfection and that does it for me. Aside from CranK I don't think Bogus has dropped a single map against Protoss this Dreamhack.

Taeja lost a map to Welmu this tournament. INnoVation has a greater than 70% Winrate TvP and nearly 80% TvZ

Also, statistically, Taeja's worst match up by FAAAR is TvT.

Statistically, Taeja took a massive, steaming number two on Innovation's face last night in TvT. Here's hoping he does it again.

At least Life is the only one able to win against a Terran in elimination stage. I guess that could be a big achievement now.
