Moving on from the fact that he's currently #1 while TaeJa is #5 (a difference of 2.2k WCS points) let's analyse the match-ups.

TvZ - INnoVation is better (by a country mile).
TvP - INnoVation is better (only slightly though).
TvT - TaeJa is better (considerably).

I think the main reason people try to make out that TaeJa is better than Inno is because TaeJa is regularly beating him. But that's only because TaeJa is really strong in that match-up whilst it is INnoVation's main weakness.
