Anyone want to make a bet? I'll give you 20:1 odds of a European winning WCS season 2 finals. A korean will win season 2 finals, noone rly doubts that. But Mvp a Code B player has to be a bad joke. MC was last season challanger wasn't he? So its MCs shot going to be beat europe and Innovation at the finals. MC last hope. MC or MMA to win this season!

Hey at least we Euros can represent our own region a little. You're protected by unplayable Korea - European latency. Koreans aren't scared of Europeans... how'd they do at Asus Rog? lol
MvP was not in Cologne ? The ESL studio is a lie ? :o

Do you have any idea of Grubby's achievements in the past?
Grubby is the last person you should be calling a kid.

WCS EU, you are the shit.

August not looking good for me so far lol why not? Grubby outplayed mvp there. When was the last time we've seen someone as excited as well? lol It's called viewing preferences. No way I'm staying up again for only European players, as good as they are lol ya, well aware of that. If Grubby plays as well as he did today, well, the games should be really good. Either way, your choice ^^

Nobody expects any non korean to win the finals, but it's fun to watch them win.
And I wouldn't call someone who just 2 months ago stood toe to toe with Innovation in his prime a code B player, so clearly you're just trying to start something.

no more wcs eu for me Are you mad that WCS America can't have this level of Korean bone crushing? WCS America has Koreans that you know... were actually Code S players when they switched. Well, WCS EU had a foreigner that, you know... was actually Code S when he switched. Stephano got Code S through a 4person up/down group which was pretty much the easiest up/down group ever. Not to mention he only got to Code S in the first place because of a seed. He went 1-2 in his group lost to Flying and then BARELY got back into Code S through the biggest joke of an up/down group there has ever been. And he only didn't make it further into Code S to begin with because he had to play against Innovation twice in the group stage. (and even against Innovation he went 1-1 in macro games, only losing to 3cheeses of the later Ro8 player of that tournament, runner up of the next one, winner of the season finals...)
The only reason he won a match in Code S at all was because he got one of the weakest Code S terrans during the height of zerg domination.

Considering how much Grubby has done in Wc3 he really is far from being a "kid" indeed. Guy has seen pretty much everything there is to see. Wasn't Grubby the single best player of all time in WC3?
He is considered the best by many yes. But its hard to say the single best that lightly. There were multible contenders for the all time best. Personally I would be inclined to give it to Moon.

Grubby is such a nice guy, you have to feel with him. 1 Korean out, 3 to go.

I think what WCS was afraid of was the Korean players killing each other in WCS KOR and then stomping everyone in the Seasonal (and eventual global) finals. But yeah it is a shade unfair in that respect.
