The echo is just a basic issue which you would learn as "lesson 1" as a sound engineer, because "echo = lower level version of feedback loop". It sheds a bit of light on the quality of the preparation and everyone should strive to improve. All they need to do is move the casters away from the speakers and/or maybe block the sound from reaching their microphones. Turning down the volume in the hall would be possible too depending on the required sound level for the crowd to be able to hear it.
Apart from that it sounds awful.

And also because there's a difference between doing it when you have a reputation for it like Naniwa and then in jest like Polt.
