I know, and I still don't want to call it WCS KR first. We are allowed to call it anything, really. However I don't agree with people suggesting "OSL" has more cachet than "WCS KR" on this forum. Most of the people watching and reading the LR thread are going to be SC2-only fans and not BW fans, and they will not recognize "OSL". For functionality's sake it needs to be called "WCS KR", but for nostalgia and consistency, should be called "OSL" (since we still call GSL the GSL). So vote bros so we can decide.
The thing is, OSL and GSL are still separate tournaments, each run by different organizations and with their own rules. The main difference now is that OSL and GSL take turns in being recognized as WCS KR by Blizzard.
This is very different from WCS NA, where MLG created an event specifically with the purpose to be the WCS tournament.
Thus, my suggestion is:
* [OSL] Ro32 Groups A&B (2013 WCS KR Season 2)
This clearly shows what the tournament is, with WCS KR as an informational note.
Errr. If you read through the thread you'll realize that is exactly what I suggested and advocated for. -_-'' I even mentioned that since GSL gets its own tag, OSL should too. Read through the thread and you'll see how you are just arguing with me because I am letting people decide by stating all possible arguments. I was even the one who made the poll.
I am quoting you because your post is relevant to what I posted, not because I am arguing with you. Plus, we may have similar suggestions, but different rationale. I am not suggesting "OSL" because it has more cache, nostalgia, consistency, functionality or awareness; just correctness.

I just want to jump in here and say that I don't really give a rats patootie about the OSL... but I care a lot about WCS KR, so I guess my suggestion and vote goes for:
[sc2superfan is the best]WCS KR Thingy-Ma-Bob Blah Blah Blah.... OSL I guess.
I think this incorporates all the necessary elements and really gives the title a lot of the pizzaz that it needs. Plus, it kind of rhymes so that's good. Overall, I think this title's strongest point is that it balances the wants and needs of the entire community.

I think the maps are wrong? Liquipedia says first map is Gwangalli, second map is Anaconda, winner/loser matches are Belshir and final match is Whirlwind.
There was a update in the OSL thread that they were removing the new maps from the ro32 because the players didn't have enough time to prepare for them.

From a quick look, the majority of GSL threads simply said code S and had no mention of WCS at all. The only one I can see that has WCS in the title at all is the finals.
anyways, my official finals prediction is flash vs. effort. last season my prediction was inno vs. sos, so i wasn't too far off. let us see what happens this time around. i feel effort is going to have a breakout season.
