I'm obviously hopeful for Mvp, but there isn't any reason to hate Bogus or Kespa

He's probably just tired of Kespa fans yelling about it in the LR threads. *shrug*

I can sympathise, I tend to flat out avoid reading LRs now because of the arguing between people.

Yep. That's the reason. Plus I think the King of Wings deserves more respect than he gets off people.

King of Lings as well?

Plus he used my own build - one rax reactor into 4 reapers

Is this a way for you to complain about how bad the times are for Europe without mentioning Europe?

Seems that way to me, if its not, sorry, but I'm sick of seeing posts from EU complaining about the times.

Dingdingding. Now the game between Mvp and forGG is about to begin. Man I am so excited for this, I set my alarm clock just for this match.... No? What the... The games are already done? Then why in hell did they even bother putting up a schedule if they are not going to follow it?

How unreasonable of them to not delay by two hours?;o

How unreasonable is it to expect someone to follow a schedule they posted?

... Your plane is to depart in 10 hours. 10 hours later... Oh were sorry but there was space on the runway several hours back so you just got fucked of a plane ride... Were sowwy.

I agree here, if you post a schedule stick with it!!! Or maybe create the schedule so there's a higher chance of games being postponed but don't make it so there's a high chance of games starting earlier and people missing whole matches.

Match times are ALWAYS approximate, unless it's the first match of that broadcast. If you've ever watched Proleague, MLG, etc, then you should know that.

wrong.. there is just more or less "5 minute breaks".. it depends how long the games are

.......Which is why the subsequent match times are always approximate on the schedule.....?

Mvp beating innovation will not put an end to Kespa hype. You don't take a single victory to discount staggering amount of evidence of kespa dominance. But for you, it may be tempting to.

It may not be this match. But wait enough time, and the victory that you are hoping for will come. And hopefully you can sleep at night.

See, it's people like him that make me want Mvp to win.

This whole Kespa taking over the world BW fanboi thing is so dumb it should be classified as a disorder in the DSM. Especially since the version of Mvp this so called "impossibly good" player is facing has so much nerve trouble he can't tell when he's clicking his mouse without the audible click.

It's like facing a football player with a split achilles tendon. If he loses, it'll be because of the tendon. If he wins, then your boy is going to look a lot worse than he did a fortnight ago. At this point, Mvp fans are in the "we're just thankful he's still in the tournament" period. In other words, he's become our underdog.

You see "a hype train", I only see a guy dominantly winning games left and right against the best players in the world. You're lucky he choked in the GSL Finals, but aside from that Innovation is the real deal.
That being said, I would be really happy if Mvp could beat him and win one more title...oh how sweet that would be indeed.

I see a hype train because I see a guy with a 28% winrate against protoss who has played a grand total of 90 competitive games being lauded as the best player in the world. He's going up against a guy who doesn't have a single negative win ratio. What's more I've also seen plenty of other best players in the world elect suddenly drop off in performance

Oh well, we got free VODs and i am happy because i haven't been able to catch a game today. If you are sick, i don't give a fuck because i find it is reasonable enough to speak up for my best interests (not about when they are played, but if there is some alternative to make it accessible).

On the other hand.... mvp is the last foreigner hope

Come back to me in a year and tell me that he's the best player that's ever lived.

Try 80% vs Protoss : http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/hots/players/663_INnoVation
Haha TL so silly to keep showing WoL TLPD stats by default :'(
But even without that, you just have to look at Innovation's play itself to understand that he's going nowhere. In an era where already mechanically great Terrans exist, he manages to outdo them all (except from Flash?) and seem like one or two steps above as far as raw mechanics go.
Then if you want to look at stats, there is, you know, that fucking overall 73.24% HotS winrate. You can definitely call him the current best player in the world without sounding like an idiot (with like 1 or 2 other guys, who else would you pick?). "Best RTS player in the history" is another... story, that's a meme that started with Tasteless.

But yeah, I don't blame you, I like Mvp too, and I would like him to win as well, but I'm at least aware that it won't be easy and that he's not the favorite going in this :D
(which is paradoxically all Mvp needs to win shit, most of the time)

So pumped for both those semi-finals. The semi rematch from WCS Korea with Soulkey vs sOs sounds promising especially since their series were a close 4-3 with kind of scrappy games from both players. They get another shot at showing their best against each other.

And if Mvp beats innovation he will reach yet another final that he might very well win especially if it is against Soulkey. I think Mvp v Z is better than Innovation v Z at least in a Bo5 or Bo7 format in which he seems to use a wider range of strategies and be more resistant and experienced to handle all ins from zergs.

And on another subject, the korean translator is the most dynamic and accurate there has been from a long time ( i don't recall any ), usually you can see that translator don't exaclty translate the full questions resulting in blank responses that have made the poor reputation on korean progamers feelings. This guy though is th real deal and is way more friendly !

I'm glad i'm in China this year, i can watch everything in the right timeframe :D
