User was warned for this post I agree , I find day 9 massively irritating and grinding. Can this forum let people have an opinion ? This guy wasn't even rude , he stated what he felt and BAM the TL kids ban him .... Over the top ....
It was a pretty rude comment. Also you only get a certain amount of leeway to bash community figures that have done a lot to advance the game. You're allowed to have an opinion, but if you rudely criticize someone like day9 without a good justification you will probably get warned.

That isn't to say he's terrible at it or anything, he's just not on Mvp's level and never has been. thats not how it works. and you can t claim hes better based on one result. if thats the winrate he has against those players he played, hes better than mvp. mvp wouldnt be CLOSE to be excpected a 94% against the playerset he played, nobody would be, though flash ight get closeish. the argument you can use is that forgg ran above expectation, he got lucky. which is obviously the truth. which one was actually the favourite is quite tricky. pinnacle odds ended at forgg being the slightest favourite.

I don't think anyone is basing mvp's TvT prowess based on one result. He won 3 gsl championships in that matchup. Just in general mvp has always been quite good at slow moving mech styles with above average decisionmaking which are both well suited to TvT. All that forsooth is pointing out is that ForGG got a lot of hype for his winrate, but he was arguably playing inferior terrans giving that especially for the terran race, korean players are far ahead of nonkoreans.

Ok , my bad , warned. But still , come on , people have an opinion , let them say how they feel....
He's not rude , Day9 rly does seem to force his enthusiasm IMO. I gave him a chance once and watched a review he did for WoL about Stephano when he was doing early roach hydra to counter the Terran hellion banshee openings , I was very intrested in this new style and wanted to learn more ... He started well then, all of a sudden talks about his hair 'how's my hair look today ? Hmmmmm'. ....... Sorry , maybe just I find that off-putting.
''All opinions are equal, but some more equal than others' , actually a really good comment
Fk I love sc2

If that's not what you're looking for of course, I can understand how it can annoy you because you want pure sc2 content. I myself enjoy him a lot.
